About Sybiz Visipay Employee Self Service (ESS)

Sybiz Visipay Employee Self Service, combined with the Sybiz Visipay Leave Management module, allows you to manage your leave, retrieve payslips and more!

Here's a list of the features included in Sybiz Visipay ESS:

Leave request
You can send leave requests to your manager from the web without paper work. Request leave anywhere, any time and save paper at the same time.

Leave balances

You can view your accrued leave balances without having to be at the office. Know how much leave you have owing so you can plan your time off.

Staff leave management

Your manager can view, approve or reject your leave requests anywhere, any time and save paper too.

Payslip archive
You can view and download your past payslips and manage your earnings without having to consult your payroll officer.

Payment summary archive
You can view your historical payment summaries to help with tax returns etc. You can even retrieve a copy of your payment summary without having to bother your HR manager.

Earnings and Tax balances
See at a glance your total earnings, allowances, deductions, fringe benefits, PAYG and net amount per pay. See totals easily without having to open individual payslips.

No double entry
If you're already logged into ESS, payslips and PDF's don't require a password. You don't have to enter your password over and over.

Out of office connectivity
You can log into ESS from anywhere with an internet connection, depending on your companies policies. Send in a sick leave request from home instead of waiting until you're back in the office.
